Privacy and Data

MOODS is built for people who want to think without being turned into data. Nothing you write is used to judge you, predict you, or sell you back to yourself.

The work is yours.

What We Will Never Do

MOODS is not a data mine.

What you do here is not sold or fed into someone else’s system. Your sessions will never be used for ads, targeting, or behavioral profiling. No third parties get to watch, score, or otherwise analyze your inner work.

What Is Stored

MOODS stores what’s necessary to run the system.

That means your sessions don’t disappear when you leave, and you can come back to your work. We’re not collecting anything beyond that.

Nothing here exists to watch you.

MOODS improves by fixing things that break and keeping things that work.

We don’t do that by reading through people’s sessions. No one is picking apart what you wrote, pulling examples, or turning your work into case studies.

When MOODS gets better, you feel it in the system.

Any data that’s used stays inside MOODS and goes toward making it work better — new features, cleaner behavior, fewer problems. Nothing about you is packaged or pushed elsewhere.

Access

People don’t sit around reading your sessions.

Access exists for three reasons only:

  • keeping the system working
  • fixing technical problems
  • stopping real-world harm

That’s it.

Deletion

You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time.

When it’s deleted, it’s gone.

Closing

You are not the product here.

Nothing about you leaves this system.

Use it or don’t.
